The festive season is just around the corner, so here are our Christmas and New Year hours to help you plan ahead for your pets’ care:

Wednesday 24th December (Christmas Eve): 8am – 3pm
Thursday 25th December (Christmas Day): Closed
Friday 26th December (Boxing Day): Closed
Saturday 27th December: Closed
Sunday 28th December: Closed
Monday 29th December: 8am – 5pm
Tuesday 30th December: 8am – 5pm
Wednesday 31st December (New Year’s Eve): 8am – 3pm
Thursday 1st January (New Year’s Day): Closed
Friday 2nd January: Resume normal business hours

Emergency Support Over the Christmas Break

While we’re closed, we’re pleased to offer VetChat as an emergency triage service throughout the Christmas period.

This service will be fully covered by MBV as a thank-you to our wonderful clients.

If you need help, simply call the clinic as normal and follow the prompts. You’ll be connected with a VetChat vet who can support you. Please note this service is for emergencies only.

VetChat vets are available for phone consults. They can help assess your pet’s condition and advise whether they need to go straight to an emergency centre or if they’re safe to wait until we reopen.
