Emergencies & After-Hours Support
We know emergencies don’t keep office hours. That’s why we partner with an VetChat – an Australian vet-manned triage service for after-hours calls.
How It Works
Call our usual number after hours and you'll be connected to a qualified vet. They'll assess your pet's situation via a telehealth appointment and advise whether immediate care is needed (they’ll recommend the nearest emergency centre), or It’s safe to wait until we open (and help book your appointment with us).
Why We Offer This
• Expert reassurance when you need it most
• Affordable peace of mind at a small fee for professional advice - paid to VetChat
• Avoid unnecessary emergency costs and stress

With VetChat, you can access registered Australian vets via video or chat 24/7, with consultations at just $59.
If you want even more coverage, you can get VetChat Plus for $259/year which give you unlimited 24/7 vet access.
