A Note from Dr Pey

Spring is here and it is one of my favourite times of year to be a vet in Brighton. The longer days, the energy of pets who have been a little more cooped up over winter, and the joy of seeing families getting back out with their dogs on the beach and the bay trail.

It is also the time of year when we see the first flare-ups of seasonal allergies, the return of grass seeds in ears and paws, and the start of the tick season for those of you who head to the bush or the peninsula. Please make sure your flea, tick and heartworm prevention is up to date.
