Frequently Asked Questions

I’m a new client — what should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring any previous veterinary records if available, and your pet’s vaccination history. If your pet is on medication, bring the packaging or dosage details. If possible if you can also come a few minutes early that will give us time to complete your registration and transfer all the necessary information

Can I transfer my pet’s records from another vet?

Yes, simply let us know the name of your previous vet, and we’ll contact them to request your pet’s medical history.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and cash. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment or pet’s discharge from the hospital

Do you offer payment plans or vet pay options?

While we do not offer in-house payment plans, we can assist with a VetPay payment plan, insurance claims or we can provide itemised invoices for third-party payment providers if needed.

Can I get a cost estimate before my pet’s appointment?

Absolutely. Please give us a call and we’ll be happy to provide an estimate based on the treatment or service your pet may require.
