Veterinarian, Owner & Chief Cultural Officer

Dr. Pey

Gentle leader, thoughtful vet, a champion of connection, and a tea-loving dental nerd.

Dr. Pey brings a calm, caring presence to Middle Brighton Vet, where she supports not just the pets, but the people who care for them—clients and team members alike.
A 2013 graduate of the University of Melbourne, Pey holds ANZCVS Memberships in Small Animal Dentistry and Oral Surgery, earned in 2024—the same year she stepped into her role as head of MBV.
Her clinical passions lie in dentistry and dermatology (aka “the Ds”), Pey is most in her element when she’s connecting with clients, brainstorming with fellow vets, or working in sync with the nurses and receptionists.
She’s passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. At home, she’s ruled by Captain Hook, a crooked-tailed ginger cat, and Richie Rich, a Frenchie with big feelings and even bigger energy.
She’s a night owl learning to love mornings, a fan of Harry Potter, and a believer that a cup of tea made by someone else is the ultimate comfort. Whether she’s helping a pet feel better or encouraging a teammate to grow, Pey leads with kindness, curiosity, and a deep love for animals.
