Claire
Veterinary Receptionist & Nurse

Claire

Calm and caring, tea enthusiast, with a soft spot for bunnies.

Claire joined the veterinary world in 2014 after completing her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, later adding a Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training. With years of hands-on experience, she’s now combining her nursing skills with a front-of-house role, helping clients feel welcome and supported while ensuring pets get the best care possible. Claire loves building strong relationships with both pets and their people, making every visit a positive experience.
At home, she’s kept busy by Maggie, her four-year-old Weimaraner, and Earl Brian Grey, her cheeky tabby kitten. Her favourite creatures? Quokkas, meerkats, and rabbits - because who can resist those faces? One unforgettable moment: Paddleboarding at Rye Beach when a pod of dolphins swam alongside her board -pure magic.
Claire calls Melbourne home (with a brief detour to Swan Hill) and dreams of going on safari in Africa. She’s a tea-and-toast devotee, a fan of Friends, and would happily share dinner with David Attenborough. Whether she’s greeting you at the desk or lending a hand in consults, Claire brings warmth, experience, and a genuine love for animals to every day.
