Tracy

Tracy has always felt more at home around animals than people, which is what first drew her into vet clinics—and what has kept her there. She has spent most of her life in the industry, not chasing titles, but because she genuinely enjoys the rhythm of clinic life and the people who make it work.

She is most in her element helping others succeed. Supporting the team, smoothing the edges, and quietly making sure everything holds together is where she does her best work. Paperwork happens to be her superpower—not because it is glamorous, but because it lets everyone else focus on what matters.

Outside the clinic, Tracy is drawn to movement and the outdoors. Rivers beat roads every time, especially if white‑water kayaking is involved. She loves early mornings, watching the sunrise, and animals that do things their own way—the duck‑billed platypus included.

At home, she is kept company by Oodle the Labradoodle. She is drawn to calm thinkers, big‑picture perspectives, and people (and animals) who move through the world with quiet purpose.
